"Permission Denied"

Trademaster is a single user system. That means that if a Trademaster file is in use it is locked. Access to the same file by another user will result in an error message, "Permission Denied" and that second user cannot access the same files.

If you find you cannot get access to a set (year) of Trademaster files, see who else has that dataset open and get them to close Trademaster. In rare cases the Permission Denied error may persist, and it might need a system reset to clear the error by rebooting the server (where the files are kept) and the local machine(s).
