Software Version Numbers

All software versions issued since late 1998 show the version number at the left of the top line of the opening screen. If the version number is not showing, try closing and re-starting Trademaster. It should be there when you see the Main Menu. If the version number still does not appear at the top of the opening screen you have a really old version installed! Upgrade right away.

You can also get the version number and issue date from the DOS prompt. Opena DOS session and in the Trademaster directory, type in TM VER and press enter (there is a space between TM and VER). The information will display.

The current Trademaster version number is 2.06.63. A version number of 2.06.30x where "x" is any letter, indicates a very out-of-date version. If you see this (or an even earlier version number), please install the latest version right away.

Version numbers 2.06.5n have all the latest features but there have a number of improvements since, and some fixes. You can find out what has been changed by referring to "Varsion History" on the Support Home Page.
