The Photographers
Eve says, "I started taking photos in May 2006, when visiting the Canadian Rockies, using a Nikon D70 borrowed from my long suffering hubby. I'm still finding my way, there is so much to learn." As well as photographing things "as they are", Eve makes extensive use of digital manipulation to create images that are unique and works of art in themselves, rather than simply representations of objects and scenes. She also works in portraiture. Also featured is the work of her partner Jim. A retired computer programmer, Jim likes to record the urban scene, architecture old and modern, historic exteriors and interiors and landscapes. Candid photos of people in unguarded moments are another specialty. Jim also designs web sites including this one. The Equipment
Cameras used include Nikon D70, D80 and D200 digital SLRs and a Nikon F90X SLR film camera. A variety of fixed focal length, zoom and macro lenses from Nikon, Sigma and Tamron are used, along with Hoya and Cokin filters. Other equipment used includes Manfrotto and Velbon tripods and Bowen studio lighting. Image processing is done in Adobe Photoshop. Sales and Commissions
We are also building a business in portraiture, in particular family and children in studio or outdoor settings. We are happy to accept commissions in the Madrid metropolitan area. All images can be supplied printed or as high-resolution files in any desired format. Until our shopping cart and payment services are in place, please send us an email with your requirements and we will respond quickly. To contact us now please click here. Web Site DesignThe web site was designed and is maintained by Wildsand Web Services. After years of experience in design sites for our own IT business we decided to build a photographic site ourselves. The site is under continuous development and many new images and more features will be added soon. The site was designed to display in Internet Explorer 7 and requires a 1280 pixel wide screen for satisfactory viewing. It also displays properly in current versions of Opera, Firefox, Google Chrome, Netscape and Safari browsers but without the image transition effects available in Internet Explorer. Wildsand Web Services designs and manages commercial sites for all types of business. Copyright NoticeAll images on this web site are copyright and the intellectual property of the
